Since 2001

Chef Andy Parazette and his wife Danielle opened the first Pica’s in Jackson, Wyoming. Missing the Southern Californian influenced Mexican cuisine they grew up with but not wanting to leave behind the mountains, rivers and beauty of Jackson Hole, they began serving tacos al pastor long before it was hip. Since then Pica’s has doubled in size, been awarded Best Margarita and Best Mexican food in Jackson many times over and has been featured in Food & Wine, Bon Appetite, Outside Magazine and Guy Fieri’s Food Network show “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives”. 

Former Pica’s Jackson employees Trent and Zoey Davol opened Pica’s Boulder in partnership with the Parazette’s in June 2010 and a second location in Louisville, where they live with their family, in 2016.
